Do We Have Any Input At All?

Have You Ever Felt That You Had No Input?

Well, you should. If you don't live in a swing state, your vote for president means nothing... nada. If you live in a state with a large population you are underrepresented by the two Senators who represent you who have the same power as the two Senators who represent far fewer people in Wyoming. Your House member is from a district that is gerrymandered so that individual voters like you matter less. And when you try to deal with large corporations:

I have been thinking over this Comcast telephone rep call. It is obvious that we as individuals really get no respect.  Our employers can choose the religious beliefs we must adhere to. Our votes mean somewhere between nothing and very little.

Will Comcast be allowed to merge with Time-Warner? Is net neutrality which a vast number of people support doomed by companies like Comcast who pay money to lobby and run our government?
